1. About Us

2. Services

We provide domestic and commercial window cleaning, gutter clearing, conservatory roof cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and related exterior property maintenance services across Northamptonshire.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Prices quoted through our website calculator or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may vary if the property differs from what was described. We will confirm the price before starting any work. Our minimum charge for any domestic clean is £25.

4. Booking and Access

By submitting a quote request, you are giving us permission to attend your property on the agreed date. For external-only cleans, you do not need to be home. Please let us know about any access restrictions, locked gates, dogs, or other hazards when you book. If we cannot safely access the property, we may not be able to complete the work.

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed credit terms in writing. We accept bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. For regular domestic customers, we issue a payment link after each visit. Commercial clients may request invoicing with 14-day payment terms by arrangement.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule a booking at any time before we arrive at the property. If we arrive and cannot access the property without prior notice, we may charge a call-out fee of up to £15 to cover travel costs.

7. Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any clean, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to redo the work at no extra charge. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Weather

Our Thermo Pure heated water system works in all weather conditions including rain. We do not cancel cleans due to rain. In extreme weather (high winds, ice, heavy snow) we may postpone for safety reasons and will rearrange at the earliest opportunity.

9. Liability and Insurance

We hold £10 million in employers' liability insurance. We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. If damage occurs as a direct result of our work, we will repair or compensate you. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, deterioration of seals or frames due to age, or damage caused by accessing areas you directed us to clean.

10. Your Property

By booking our services, you confirm that you have the authority to grant us access to the property (as the owner, tenant, or managing agent). You are responsible for letting us know about any fragile, loose, or damaged features before we start work.

11. Website Use

12. Intellectual Property

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
